Elizabeth Gillies
Gillies Her acting career began in the year 12 at which point she began attending open casting auditions in her local area. She quickly began appearing in commercials for companies like Virgin Mobile. Gillies got her first television role as a recurring actor in three episodes The Black Donnellys. She said that her parents believed it was inappropriate for her to see the series in its completeness. The actress had minor roles in the shows The Clique Harold as well as Locker 504 throughout 2008. This summer she was also cast in the role of Lucy in a Goodspeed staging of Robert Brown's brand new musical 13, alongside her future Victorious co-star Ariana Grande. Later that year it was the year that the Broadway rendition of 13 launched, and was the first Broadway production to have all cast members comprised of teens. The two most popular songs she sang, "Opportunity", and "It cannot be true" which were subsequently later followed by minor roles in tunes like "Hey Kendra", "Getting Ready" and "It's a Good Thing. Gillies was part of the show through January 4, 2009.
