Stallone who was an actor director, writer and producer, was born in New York City on July 6, 1946. At the time of his birth, Stallone's trademark smile resulted from an incident with forceps. In the accident, a nerve was injured which led to the actor to speak with a slur. Stallone was a troubled kid. Stallone and Frank his older brother were both adversely affected in childhood by the hostile relations between their parents that eventually led to divorce. Stallone lived his entire childhood living in foster home. Stallone, who was 5 years old at the time, relocated with his family to Washington, D.C., the city where his father had his own beauty salons. Stallone was a long-time resident in Maryland together with his dad following the separation of his parents in the year 1957. He was a struggle mentally and academically being a victim of bullying, and had to leave some schools.
