Sierra Sierra Megan MeganGale was a winner of a modeling contest in Perth aged 18 years old. After many years of modeling, Gale was noticed as she was selected in 1999 to be a part of a set of advertisements for an Italian company in the field of telecomm, Omnitel (now Vodafone Italy) She was a part of the commercials of the company from 1999 until. Also, she was tapped as a model by the Australian Tourist Commission in 2003 as their face for Australia in Italy'. Gale has appeared on the cover of Australian Marie Claire, Grazia, Gioia, Italian and Australian GQ, Italian Maxim, Australian InStyle and featured in the editorial pages of Australian Cosmopolitan and Vogue Italia. Gale has modeled in Italian fashion houses such as Gianfranco Ferre, Genny, Gai Mattiolo as well as runway shows in the fashion houses of Mariella Burani and Angelo Marani at Milan Fashion Week. Gale likes a lot of Australian fashion designers, including Colette Dinnigan, Kirrily Johnston Lisa Ho, Willow and Alex Perry. Gale was the fashion analyst for the Logies awards, an Australian television award, in 2006. In January 2008, Gale announced her retirement of runway fashion after fifteen years. She also walked down the catwalk for the final time a few weeks later, at an David Jones winter collection launch in Sydney. Her last outfit was her Wonder Woman outfit she was to wear for the recently released film Justice League of America. Gale shut down the Alex Perry 2011 Melbourne Fashion Festival in March of 2011. Gale celebrated her 10th year anniversary at David Jones in August 2011 which was the longest-running fashion contract held by an Australian. Gale was joined by Beyonce and Jennifer Lopez as an ambassador of L'Oreal Paris in the same month. Gale was in commercials for L'Oreal in Australia as well as New Zealand. She also appeared in Italy.
